Publishing Your Survey
Before your survey can collect responses, you need to publish it. Draft surveys are only visible to you.
- Open your survey from the Surveys list
- Review all settings and preview the survey
- Click the "Publish" button in the top right
- Your survey is now live and collecting responses!
Sharing via Direct Link
Every published survey gets a unique public URL that you can share anywhere.

Include your survey link in email campaigns for high response rates.
Email best practices:
- Send within 24 hours of the customer interaction
- Keep the email short and focused on the survey
- Use a clear call-to-action button
- Mention how long the survey takes (e.g., "30 seconds")
- Personalize with the customer's name
Embedding on Your Website
Add the survey widget to your website for seamless, in-context feedback.
