How does the Google Reviews integration work?
After a customer submits a rating, the survey asks whether they would like to share their experience publicly. Everyone is asked, whatever their score. With their consent, AItocha emails them a direct link to leave the review, in their own words, on Google, Facebook, Trustpilot or another platform you have connected. We deliberately do not filter by rating, because Google's review policy prohibits selectively inviting positive reviewers.
