New: Embeddable Widget Customization Options
We've shipped a significant expansion of widget customization options based directly on customer requests over the past few months.
What's New
Choose from four corner positions, customize the trigger button's color and icon, control the entrance animation style, and set a custom delay before the widget appears. All changes preview live in the builder before you publish.
Brand Consistency Made Easy
Widget colors now inherit directly from your account's brand settings by default, so new surveys automatically match your existing brand palette without manual configuration on every survey.
Mobile-Specific Controls
You can now configure different positioning and sizing for mobile versus desktop independently, addressing a common request from customers whose desktop widget placement didn't translate well to smaller screens.
Where This Came From
Every option in this release traces back to a specific piece of customer feedback collected through our own in-app survey widget — the same tool this update improves. It felt fitting to build these upgrades based on feedback gathered through the very feature being upgraded.
Head to any survey's Widget settings to try the new options. As always, changes take effect immediately for all existing embeds without any code changes required on your site.
