Understanding Your Dashboard
Your dashboard is the central hub for monitoring all your survey activity and performance.
Overview Cards
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see key metrics at a glance:
Total Surveys
Number of surveys you've created, with a count of active ones.
Total Responses
All-time responses plus this month's count.
Average Rating
Mean rating across all your surveys.
Plan Usage
Your monthly response quota usage.
Response Trends
The response trend chart shows your daily response volume over the past 30 days.
Reading the Chart:
- Higher bars indicate more responses on that day
- Look for patterns (weekday vs weekend, after campaigns)
- Hover over bars for exact counts
- Use date filters to zoom into specific periods
Recent Surveys
Quick access to your most recent surveys with key stats:
- Survey name and type icon
- Response count
- Average rating (where applicable)
- Status badge (active, draft, paused)
- Quick link to analytics
Recent Responses
Live feed of the latest responses across all surveys:
What You'll See:
- Survey name
- Rating given
- Feedback text (if provided)
- Time since submission
Notifications
Stay informed about important events:
- Low ratings that need attention
- Response milestones reached
- Plan usage approaching limits
- Survey performance alerts
