Quick Start Guide
Get up and running with AItocha Surveys in just 5 minutes. This guide will walk you through creating your first survey and collecting responses.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Start by creating a free account. You'll get 50 responses per month at no cost.
- Click "Get Started Free" in the top navigation
- Enter your name, email, and create a password
- Verify your email address (check your inbox)
- You're ready to create surveys!
Step 2: Create Your First Survey
From your dashboard, click the "Create Survey" button to get started.
- Give your survey a name (e.g., "Customer Satisfaction")
- Choose a survey type: Star Rating, NPS, Thumbs, or Emoji
- Optionally enable follow-up questions for more detailed feedback
- Click "Create Survey" to save your draft
Step 3: Publish Your Survey
Once you're happy with your survey, publish it to start collecting responses.
- Review your survey settings and preview
- Click the "Publish" button
- Copy your unique survey link
- Share with your customers via email, website, or social media
Step 4: Embed on Your Website (Optional)
Add the survey widget to your website for seamless feedback collection.
