Announcing Review Platform Integrations (Google, Trustpilot, Yelp)

Review platform integrations are now live, connecting your survey feedback flow directly to Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, Facebook, G2, Capterra, and TripAdvisor.

How It Works

Configure a rating threshold in your survey (for example, 4 stars or higher) and connect your business's review platform accounts. Respondents who meet the threshold are automatically prompted with a one-click link to leave a public review, right at the peak of positive sentiment.

Smart Routing for Detractors

Respondents below your threshold are routed to a private feedback flow instead of the public review prompt, ensuring negative experiences reach your team directly rather than becoming a public review — while genuinely happy customers still get an easy path to share their experience publicly.

Consent-First Design

Review requests are always presented as an explicit opt-in, never automated on the respondent's behalf, keeping the integration compliant with every major review platform's terms of service around incentivized or automated reviews.

Tracking Review Conversion

Your dashboard now shows how many respondents were offered a review request, how many clicked through, and — where the platform's API allows it — how many completed a public review, giving you a clear conversion funnel for this specific feedback-to-review flow.

Set up your first review integration from the Integrations tab on any survey. Multiple platforms can be connected simultaneously, with configurable priority if a respondent qualifies for more than one.
