Review platform integrations are now live, connecting your survey feedback flow directly to Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, G2, Capterra, and TripAdvisor.

How It Works

Connect your business's review platform accounts to a survey. After a respondent submits their rating, they are asked whether they would like to share their experience publicly. If they opt in, they receive a direct link to leave a review, in their own words, on the platforms you have connected. The invitation goes to every respondent, regardless of their score.

Why There Is No Rating Filter

Some tools only show the review prompt to customers who rated 4 or 5 stars and send everyone else to a private form. Google's review policy explicitly prohibits "selectively soliciting positive reviews", the FTC advises against asking only the customers you expect to be positive, and Trustpilot requires inviting all customers or an unbiased sample. Businesses caught doing it have reviews removed and listings restricted. AItocha does not offer a threshold setting for that reason. In practice, happy customers accept the invitation far more often than unhappy ones, so review volume and average rating still rise.

Private Feedback for Everyone

The open-text follow-up question is shown to every respondent too, so an unhappy customer can tell you exactly what went wrong, and real-time alerts let your team follow up within the hour. Fixing the problem quickly is a far better defence against a negative public review than hiding the link.

Consent-First Design

Review invitations are always an explicit opt-in. Nothing is posted on the respondent's behalf, and their email address is used only to send them the link.

Why Yelp Is Not Included

Yelp asks businesses not to solicit reviews at all, and its recommendation filter suppresses reviews it believes were requested. We do not offer Yelp as a review-request platform for that reason.
