Introducing Team Workspaces (Coming Soon)
Team Workspaces has been one of our most-requested features, and we're excited to give you an early preview of what's coming.
What's Coming
Shared workspaces will let teams organize surveys by department, project, or client, with granular role-based permissions controlling who can create, edit, publish, or view analytics for each survey. Admins will be able to invite team members with specific roles rather than all-or-nothing account access.
Why It's Taking Time
Getting permissions right matters more than shipping fast here — a poorly designed permission model is much harder to fix after teams have built workflows around it. We're taking the time to build a flexible role system that scales from small teams to larger organizations.
How to Get Early Access
We're opening a limited beta to a small group of Business plan customers in the coming months. If you're interested in early access and feedback, reach out through your account settings and we'll add you to the list.
What We're Watching For in Beta
Beyond basic functionality, we're specifically looking for feedback on how the default role presets (Admin, Editor, Viewer) map to how real teams actually organize responsibility, since getting the defaults right matters as much as the underlying flexibility of the permission system itself.
This is one of several collaboration features on our roadmap this year — we'll continue sharing previews as they get closer to launch.
